Pai Mu Tan White Tea

Details

Description

The leaves of Pai Mu Tan are picked on a special bush called Narcissus or Chaicha. Generally choosing one leaf on two. In addition, the leaves are not steamed or pan as green teas, they are naturally dried and bleached in the sun, which gives them a very pale shade of green, almost white covered with a silky down velvet. To get that perfect color, the tea should be in ideal conditions of temperature, not too hot nor too cold. This tea gives a pale infusion with a fresh aroma and a smooth flavor.

The cosmetics industry has recently discovered properties of white tea for skin creams, in addition to these anti-cancer properties, calming and detoxifying.
