profile
This exotic coffee is a botanical delight. In one cup you'll find
6 varieties: Andung Sari, Borbor (Gayo 2), Komasti, P-88, S795 (Jember), Sigaran Utang (Ateng Super), Tim-tim (Gayo 1).
With all these influencers, the tasting will be as legendary as the Sumatran tiger! From the very first sip, you'll notice a great suppleness (notably with notes of honey, caramel and palm sugar). Then, lots of interesting spice nuances (cardamom, cinnamon and nutmeg) and an array of unusual fruity flavours like persimmon and green guava, in concert with the more expected flavours of lime zest, lemongrass and watermelon. This tiger is wild, and we like it that way!
