From the same producer as Vanilla Yellow and Double Soak Cocoa Washed, Rainforest Geisha is a coffee from the family estate Finca San José Ocaña. Located in the municipality of San Juan Sacatepéquez in Guatemala. Proudly Guatemalan and run by the Sanchez family for over a hundred years, San José Ocaña has been growing happy plants since 1905! The farm sets aside 150 acres to grow their delicious coffees and dedicates the rest of their land to the local flora. This coffee producer has a mill, where the selection, pulping, and drying of the cherries are performed. This producer is proud to be autonomous from the selection to the export of his coffee.
This washed Geisha offers you a sweet floral cup, whose delicacy will amaze your palate. With its first notes of lemongrass, jasmine and green tea, this coffee almost camouflages itself as tea. But, it is only from the blend of spices and sugar that appears in the second stage that you will find yourself with the total satisfaction of having drunk a coffee that is simply exquisite and so carefully balanced.
