This unique micro-lot is the result of the efforts of 50 Colombian coffee producers who pooled their harvest to create this blend. This coffee was created under the influence of Terra Coffee, which implemented an innovative post-harvest strategy, provided tasting expertise and logistical support to producers so that their batches could reach the international market. Together, they implemented a protocol that the producers all had to follow in order to create this coffee. Huila is one of the 32 departments in Colombia and is known worldwide for the quality of its coffee. Coffee from this place usually offers a light acidity with a medium body and sweet notes.
This coffee has a pervasive sweetness and refined fruit flavor. With the sweet aromas of caramel, vanilla, and honey, the profile of this cup is very dynamic and harmonious. There is also the acidity sting of orange and grape as well as notes of sweet cherry to give it a little kick. And to round it out just a bit, this drink has a smooth slight taste of cinnamon, chamomile, and even toasted oats to leave you wanting more of this beautifully collaborated coffee. This coffee is a sweet delight.
