Description

Café Brisa Serena (CBS) is a social enterprise established with the support of the NGO Peace Winds Japan in 2010. CBS' mission is to increase the income of coffee farmers in the Letefoho sub-district of Ermera District, Timor-Leste. CBS also strives to improve the quality of life of Timor-Leste's coffee farmers by supporting the production of high-quality coffee and delivering the coffee to international markets.

Although this variety is shunned-upon by many roasters because it is a cross between a Typica (Arabica) and a Robusta, it would be foolish to turn down such a sweet beverage. You'll notice its complex caramelized sugars, which come in the form of brownie and fudge, with a delicious note of amber maple syrup. It also has fruity notes, with hints of apple, peach, raisin, and even the zest of an orange. This is a juicy, smooth, and sweet coffee, the ultimate comfort cup!
