Inspired by the famous Black Forest dessert, this artisanal panettone is generously filled with 79% cocoa Tanzanian chocolate from Bassan. As with all our panettones, the ingredients have been meticulously chosen: Flour (Wheat), Homemade candied morello cherries, Egg yolks, Butter 82-84%, Sugars (Fine sugar, Glucose), Natural leaven, Water, Dark chocolate 70% Bassan cocoa ( cocoa liquor, cane sugar, cocoa butter, organic sunflower lecithin), Milk 3.25%, Corn starch, Vanilla planifolia pods from Mexico and tahitensis from Papua New Guinea.

May contain : Mustard seeds, Soy, Nuts (Hazelnuts, Pistachios, Almonds, Pecans).

Conservation

Our panettones can be kept for several weeks at room temperature, even after opening.
