Clifton Mount Estate is located at 1300m on the eastern slope of Catherine's Peak in Jamaica's famous Blue Mountains. This plantation produces some of the finest coffees on the island, and will make you understand why the Blue Mountains have paved the road for tasting coffees.
This coffee is the highest grade produced and is officially certified Jamaica Blue Mountains. It meets the strict regulations of the coffee division of the Jamaica Agricultural Commodities Regulatory Authority and is grown in the official appellation contrôlée zone.The obsession with the perfect cup is what drives the team at Clifton Mount.
The search for the perfect balance between acidity, body and aroma remains the defining characteristic of this delicious coffee: its acidity is supple and delicate, while its body is smooth and creamy. The aroma is intoxicating, almost elusive, with floral, spicy and chocolate nuances.
