Below that amount, you'll take advantage of our flat rates.

How does delivery in Canada work?

All orders are sent by Canada Post, and you receive a tracking email, which tells you the status of your order. A link in the email will take you to the Canada Post website, giving you all the information you need.

It is possible to send your orders by another carrier. When you place your order, when you select the shipping method, the site offers various options to choose from. However, free shipping applies only to Canada Post. Orders usually leave the same day or the day after receipt, depending on the time of day. However, the volume of the order received may delay us by a day or two.

International delivery

We work with DHL Express. Different services will be offered to you when you choose your shipment method. You can select the appropriate one for your situation. Once shipped, a tracking number will be sent to you by email. The delivery time is subject to change as the time to clear the parcel through customs may vary.
