It's inevitable that every roaster has its own house blend. What sets this one apart from the rest: precision of composition and a multi-profile approach designed for complexity. This coffee is the result of a rigorous blend of two high altitude origins renowned for their consistency: Chiapas (Mexico) and Tarrazú San Rafael (Costa Rica). 

Roasting approach

To extract its full aromatic richness, we apply a segmented roasting method: three distinct profiles are developed and then blended. This approach balances light, floral and acid notes. The carefully controlled medium roast sublimates the natural aromas while adding a pleasant roundness on the palate.

Sensory profile

On the palate, this coffee unfurls rich, enveloping flavors, blending dark cocoa, hints of almond and cereal nuances, for a warm, comforting taste experience.
