Job Description

We are looking for a passionate Boutique Manager to take the reins of our coffee and chocolate boutique/wine merchant space, a true beacon in our community. This role is crucial not only for the proper functioning of the space, but also to ensure the vitality of our environment and contribute to the sustainability of our organization.

Responsibilities

  • Play a leadership role with your team.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards for customer service as well as the preparation and presentation of beverages.
  • Complete management of the retail and café side, including associated administrative tasks (deposits, schedules, cash management, etc.).
  • Operation of cash register systems (POS, POS, order terminal) and application of sales strategies and changes requested by management.
  • Regular provision of information to management on performance indicators and active participation in continuous improvement.
  • Ability to work on the floor and provide exceptional service when needed to support the team.

Required profile

  • Passion for coffee, chocolate, and customer service.
  • Experience in boutique or café management, with a good understanding of retail operations.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills, with good team spirit.
  • Flexibility and availability to manage weekend activities and participate in special projects.
  • Commitment to quality, innovation and community well-being.
