The Studio Manager plays a key role in the management and coordination of both creative and administrative projects within the company. He/she monitors each step, from planning to final production, ensuring that deadlines and quality standards are met.
This person is the link between the creative team, clients and management, ensuring smooth communication and rigorous control of resources and time.

Create detailed project plans, allocating the human, financial, and material resources needed to achieve objectives within the given time frame.

Oversee the progress of projects, ensuring that deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Readjust the plan as necessary to resolve problems or delays.
team coordination
Collaborate with different departments, partners or subcontractors to ensure the proper execution of tasks and maintain fluid communication between all stakeholders.
risk management
Identify potential risks and establish mitigation plans to avoid or minimize negative impacts on the project.
communication
Provide regular follow-up with management, clients and teams, providing clear and accurate progress reports, and ensuring transparency at every stage.
compliance with objectives
Ensure that the project meets the initial objectives in terms of quality, customer satisfaction, and strategic impact.
- You like working in a team while being autonomous.
- You have a perfect command of the French language, both written and spoken (English is an asset).
- You are versatile and resourceful.
- You have a good knowledge of IT tools, digital platforms, social networks and mailing and project management tools (Office Suite, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Zoom, Monday, Notion).
- You have already worked with the Shopify platform (a major asset).
- You are recognized for your organizational skills, communication and attention to detail.
- You are committed to providing exceptional customer service.
- You have at least two years of relevant experience.
- 32.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
- Salary scale: $38,000 to $45,000 , to be discussed depending on experience.
