Chocolatier/ère

rigorous, organized and diligent, working with precision to produce products of consistent quality. You'll be involved in making fine chocolates, ganaches, pralines, caramels, bean-to-bar chocolate bars and specialized pastries. You contribute directly to the quality of what we deliver to our customers, while working in a structured, clean and well-organized workshop.

The role requires good organizational skills, concentration and an excellent ability to follow recipes and procedures. The work is carried out in a calm but dynamic workshop atmosphere, as part of a small team motivated by the quality of the work.

The day-to-day tasks of a chocolatier / pâtissier include:

Product manufacturing:

Making fine chocolates, ganaches, pralines, caramels, bean-to-bar bars and other gourmet creations according to established recipes.

Adherence to quality standards:

Ensuring consistency in product textures, tastes and appearance. Work with rigor, hygiene and precision.

Workstation organization:

Maintain a clean, well-structured space. Clean tools, molds and equipment according to standards.

Collaboration:

Work with the production team to coordinate steps and ensure smooth workflow.

Versatility:

As needed, support production in other areas (packaging, order picking, etc.).

The ideal candidate :

  • Has training or experience in chocolate-making or pastry-making (an important asset)
  • Is able to follow precise procedures with rigor
  • Works independently while integrating easily into a small team
  • Is meticulous, reliable and at ease in a structured environment
  • Enjoys repetitive tasks and quiet but productive environments
  • Demonstrates punctuality and professionalism
  • A full-time or part-time position, depending on your availability
  • A stable schedule from Monday to Friday
