What a working day would look like:

Work as a team to ensure clients get the advice best suited to their needs;
Define the strategy for marketing campaigns while measuring results and optimizing campaigns;

Create an exceptional customer experience by proactively engaging in discussions that give you the opportunity to understand and respond to their immediate needs;
Coordinate, develop and execute promotional campaigns intended to stimulate demand for coffee and chocolate products and brands;
Ensure a high level of performance based on rigorous analysis of current campaigns and raise the bar to optimize them, if necessary;
Actively identify opportunities to strengthen customer relationships;
Demonstrate attention to detail and efficiency in a multi-tasking environment that requires great attention to detail.
