Espresso Italiano Bio combines respect for tradition with a commitment to responsible agriculture. A coffee certified organic by Ecocert Canada, precision-roasted for lovers of controlled intensity. 100% Arabica, from high altitude terroirs in Ethiopia and South America, this coffee is designed for traditional espresso extraction. It is also compatible with automatic machines and Italian coffee makers (moka pot).

Roasting approach

Dark Italian profile, calibrated for espresso. A curve designed to bring out the noble bitterness of cocoa and the aromatic complexity of selected origins.

Sensory profile

A structured, rich and direct coffee. Deep aromas of bitter cocoa, tanned leather and dry spices. On the palate, the texture is dense, with low acidity and a lingering finish. A true signature of Italian espresso, in its organic version.
