Refund Policy

We accept refunds and exchanges under certain conditions:

  • We consider coffee and tea to be perishable products . No returns or refunds are possible on these products.
  • Only accessories and equipment are eligible for this refund policy.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused , intact and in the same conditions as when received. The item must also be in its original packaging.
  • Our return and refund policy provides for a period of 15 days after receipt of your order . If more than 15 days have passed, we unfortunately cannot provide a refund or exchange.

Certain situations may involve a partial refund (if applicable):

  • Books showing signs of wear.
  • Open CDs and DVDs
  • Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts for reasons other than error on our part.
  • Any item that is returned more than 15 days following delivery.

Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

To validate your product return, we require a copy of the receipt or proof of purchase .

Once the return has been made, the item received and inspected. We will send you an email to let you know that we have received your item. We will also notify you when your refund request has been approved or rejected.

If approved, the refund will be issued and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or others, depending on the payment method used during the purchase.

Late or missing refund (If applicable)

If you have not received a refund, please check with your banking institution. If necessary, contact your credit card company. There is sometimes a delay between virtual transfer and deposit.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased or the buyer had it shipped directly to them and plans to give it to you later, we will issue the refund to the buyer.

Return shipping costs are at your expense. Transportation costs are not refundable. In the event of a refund, the refund shipping costs will be deducted from the refunded amount.

The time required for return or refund may vary depending on your location and the nature of the item.

If you are sending an item worth more than $75, you must use a shipping service that uses a tracking number and insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of your item.
