Intense dark profile, our most advanced roast. A long, deliberately aggressive curve, designed to bring out the heavy, woody, smoky aromas sought in full-bodied coffees.

Sensory profile

A coffee with an intense, straightforward character. In the cup, a robust texture, a marked presence of smoky, earthy notes, dry tobacco and burnt wood. Very low in acidity, this coffee relies on strength and aromatic depth.

La qualité du produit

J’achète depuis plusieurs années mon café chez vous, je ne suis pas un grand connaisseur, mais je peut quand même apprécier la qualité. Je bois Zombi en expresso l’atté ou court. Je l’achète au deux kilos et je suis toujours étonné de l’évolution de son goût aux cours des des semaines de vieillissement. Merci
