A blend of decaffeinated organic Arabica from South America. This certified organic coffee (Ecocert Canada) is processed using the Swiss Water® Process, a 100% natural method without chemical solvents that eliminates 99.9% of the caffeine while preserving the bean's essential aromatic compounds.
Roasting approach
Developed with a light + roast, this organic decaffeinated coffee has been designed as a complete alternative to filter extractions, combining smoothness, clarity and balance.
Sensory profile
In the cup, clear aromas of dark chocolate, black tea, nuts and graham cracker. Supple body, low acidity, clean, comforting finish.
