Light + development with a roasting curve optimized for espresso. With its honeyed nature, it is flexible enough to also excel in filter methods.

Sensory profile

A lively, juicy espresso with a dense, sweet crema. Bright notes of raspberry, redcurrant and lychee, followed by a tropical pineapple finish. Round texture, bright acidity and a gourmet finish.
