A blend of Arabicas from Central America and Ethiopia, this blend also includes carefully selected beans from Guatemala Antigua, Sumatra Mandheling and Costa Rica. Designed to enhance every espresso, it offers a balanced, refined taste experience.

Roasting approach

Each component is roasted separately with a medium + curve, optimally revealing the complexity of its origins. This process guarantees perfect balance, ideal for both espressos and milk derivatives.

Sensory profile

On the nose and palate, a harmonious bouquet with delicate notes of roasted hazelnuts, velvety caramel and lemon zest, enhanced by a subtle hint of cereal grain. Its silky texture and roundness make this an easy, gourmet and elegant coffee.
