“For this second symbol, I went beyond physical perception. With Receptacle, I wanted to interpret the awakening of the senses; from a simple cup of coffee to full awareness of what surrounds us. It’s an invitation to discover a new world, and what better way than with lookouts to invite people to observe more deeply.”

"For this last symbol, I wanted to delve deeper. To dissect a form that could signify the human side, both eternal and ephemeral. Brûlerie du Quai's mission is pure, it is to create a human connection through organic matter. To find coffee that has been carefully selected and nurtured by passionate people in order to develop it to extract all its small aromatic and volatile nuances.

But that's not all, because since this beverage must be infused by you, its extraction is the final touch to the journey, your part is the last link in this great chain, this cycle.
