Coming from the Sambirano Valley in the northwest of Madagascar, this bean offers us a very tangy chocolate that we have balanced at 70%. You will therefore be able to taste a chocolate that will give you an overview of all the richness that a terroir can bring to a chocolate and you will understand why Madagascar cocoa has such a good reputation.

Cocoa liquor, cane sugar, cocoa butter.

Belle découverte

J'aime bien le chocolat de Madagascar, mais celui-ci est particulièrement très bon. Fidèle à la palette de saveur de cette région, elles explosent en bouche tout en étant subtiles. Je recommande fortement !
