For 2 people
1. Mix the milk and the brown sugar. Heat in a bain-marie, microwave or directly in a saucepan until the liquid temperature reaches +/- 75°C
*If you have an espresso machine, you can heat up your milk with the steam nozzle to obtain a micro mousse texture.
2. Remove from heat and add the chocolate.
3. Let stand for 30 seconds.
4. Whisk the hot liquid and the chocolate until the mixture is frothy, homogeneous and the chocolate is completely melted and incorporated in the liquid.
*If you want to flavour your drink with alcohol, spices, or orange zest, add them to the milk before mixing with chocolate.
