As the year draws to a close, it’s time to look back at the highlights of 2024 at Brûlerie du Quai. From the first espresso served in January to the last filter brewed in December, every cup tells a story of passion for specialty coffee. These experiments allow us to push the limits of roasting and offer flavour profiles never before seen.

A year in your cup

On average, each customer enjoyed 646 cups of coffee this year, or about 1.77 cups per day. That’s about 12,920 grams of extracted coffee. Impressive, right? Every cup carefully prepared, every sip savoured is proof of the positive impact coffee has on our lives.
