This blend is the result of a collaboration with a master baker keen to offer his customers a coffee with character right from the start. The blend is based on Arabica from Chiapas (Mexico) and Brazil, selected for their full-bodied structure, low acidity and natural aromatic richness.


Roasting approach

Each batch is developed with a high-precision medium roast. The thermal profile is calibrated to preserve the integrity of the beans' natural sugars while developing a dense aroma. The result is a round coffee, without excessive bitterness, designed for optimized extraction in espresso or filter.

Sensory profile

In the cup, a silky texture envelops notes of dark cocoa, roasted cereals and a subtle herbal touch. A well-balanced coffee, both stimulating and comforting, ideal for the early hours of the morning.t.
