The Yirgacheffe area is located in southern Ethiopia, in the Sidama region. With an average elevation of 1900m ASL, the coffee trees grow slowly, and their fruits patiently receive the nutrients they need to develop.

This is one of my favorite coffee. Pretty much everything this roaster sells tastes great but their Yirgacheffe is amazing even by that standard.
