Dutch process - Cocoa powder



We select the best cocoa powder, worked at the origin, with a view to sustainable development and equity. This powder is obtained by pressing the cocoa paste, made from quality beans dried in the sun. The block of fat-free cocoa will be finely ground to allow it to be integrated into your drinks and preparations.

Dutch process :

The cocoa powder is treated in an alkaline solution that neutralizes the acidity to avoid a reaction with chemical yeasts in cooking (baking powder) hence its common use in baking.
