Le 1er août 2005, Brûlerie du Quai ouvrait ses portes pour la première fois à ses clients ! C’est donc notre 10e anniversaire aujourd'hui !
For 2014, I decided to participate in this adventure as a group and to publicize the selection process. This summer especially, many coffee lovers have gone through our workshops, and were interested in the process of coffee selection then the idea came to me to offer you to be more involved in this important event for the development of the coffee world .
I now have the right to officially announce that we will be part of the cast of candidates who made an offer to the Dragons as part of the show “In the Eye of the Dragon” broadcast on Radio-Canada.
The show you will see me on will take place on Monday May 12 at 8 p.m. (Qc time) , rebroadcast on Sunday May 18 at 5 p.m. You can also see it again on their website.
I had a few business meetings, a visit to SIAL and cafes to visit on my agenda. I visited a lot of coffeeshops. A lot. It’s been a while since I’ve been to the Red City and the coffee scene has really evolved. So I went into a café, ordered an espresso and a cappuccino, chatted a little with the barista and watched him work.
So here we are in 2014. And one more year of working as a coffee roaster! I am beginning my 9th year of actions and adventures in the wonderful family of food professions.
I started by writing my text in an objective way describing the K-Cups technology [...] I was almost finished when I got sick of myself and deleted the text.
So I start writing about a magic cure for weight loss. But the only reason is that many of you ask me for my opinion on the green coffee-based slimming technique. I am not a doctor, but I will bring my expertise as a coffee expert to try to provide a possible answer to the question.
