producer

Mauro Cesar Naimeg is a specialty coffee producer
Brazilian. Raised with a family heritage of coffee producers dating back to 1938, he is one of the heirs of the Naimeg group company. The latter includes 3 farms in total: Bela Vista, Ouro Verde, and Londrina. The Fazenda Londrina, also called Lages, is under the direction of Mauro. It covers 394 hectares, of which 190 hectares are planted with coffee. The trees flower in September and October for a harvest from July to September. The average temperature is 21 °C. The farm grows several varieties of Catuai in addition to Topazio, Mundo Novo, Acacia Cerrado, Rubi, and Paraíso.

process

In Brazil, natural coffee (natural process) is one of the most popular, especially in regions where climatic conditions are favorable for drying coffee cherries outdoors. This treatment, which leaves the coffee cherries intact with their pulp, is widely used due to its lower cost.

profile

This natural coffee of the MGS Paraíso 2 variety, presents a distinctive aromatic and taste profile. This coffee is characterized by sweet and fruity notes, with aromas of tropical fruits, berries, and touches of chocolate. In the mouth, it offers a silky body, with a marked sweetness and low acidity. The natural processing method accentuates the fruity flavors and complexity of the coffee.
