Moka Djimmah is a decisive interpretation of natural Ethiopian coffee: less floral, more robust, and firmly rooted in tradition. 100% Ethiopian Arabica, from the Djimmah region, one of the historic cradles of coffee. Designed for espresso. Also suitable for filter coffee makers and pressure methods (French press, Aeropress).

Roasting approach

Medium profile, calibrated to preserve rich body while developing intense, low-acid aromas. Each batch is precision-roasted to enhance the dry, chocolaty character of the terroir.

Sensory profile

A dense, textured cup with assertive intensity. The aromatic profile evokes raw cocoa, dark chocolate and roasted nuts. With no fruity notes, this coffee assumes a dry, deep and earthy character, true to traditional natural coffees.
