Jao Joel

It is with immense pride that we announce that one of our tasting tablets has received the congratulations of a renowned international jury panel.

Tanzania 79% Kokoa Kamili indeed received a Bronze Medal in the “ Micro-batch – Plain/origin dark chocolate bars ” category at the recent International Chocolate Awards .

This international recognition is the reward for our concern for quality when importing the beans as well as our rigor and creativity during the process of transformation into chocolate bars.

At the International Chocolate Awards, Chaleur B Chocolat entered the Americas 2018 Competition section: nearly 130 companies /chocolatiers competed, representing 16 countries on the American continent. In total, no less than 800 tablets were submitted to the jury for evaluation.

With this Bronze Medal, Chaleur B Chocolat is entitled to its entry ticket to the finals of the International Chocolate Awards next October, in Florence, Italy.

To discover our reactions and comments regarding this international certification of our work as chocolate creators, we invite you to view this report produced by Ici Radio Canada.
