An accounting & administration assistant is much more than a numbers manager: he or she is a discreet strategist, a pillar of organization, a guardian of rigor who makes sure that everything runs smoothly - from payments to internal processes to customer relations. Using digital tools and dashboards, he or she orchestrates the fluidity of our day-to-day administration with precision, autonomy and attention to detail. Far from being isolated, this person is at the heart of operations, in constant contact with management, internal teams and our partners.

Days are varied, dynamic and structured around the following tasks:

Accounting

  • Bookkeeping (QuickBooks)
  • Payments and deposits
  • Bank reconciliations and follow-up of entries


Administrative follow-up of commercial sales

  • Creation of quotations and invoices
  • Customer reminders and follow-up of payments
  • Support to the General Manager in his daily functions


Administrative support to management

  • Internal coordination (communication, logistics, follow-up)
  • Document management, database updating
  • Support to General Manager in day-to-day functions


continuous improvement

  • Active participation in optimizing our tools and processes
  • Proposing initiatives to improve efficiency
