Hello, I'm Sabrina, but everyone calls me Sab. My background is as diverse as it is enriching: I worked in the management of a transport company, immersed myself in the world of artistic makeup, and completed studies in marketing and human resources.

Since 2021, I have been in charge of production at Brûlerie du Quai, where I ensure that every step goes perfectly. I love my role here, between management, creation and a team that shares my passion for excellence.
